I have lived at Park Glen for almost 3 years, and I have no plans to move anytime soon. The neighborhood is wonderful - quiet, safe, with the beautiful Bass Lake Preserve in our backyard! Target, Byerly's, Trader Joes, and Starbucks all within walking distance. Police Dept, Fire Dept, and closest hospital all 1 mile away. Very dog/pet friendly. Polite, respectful neighbors. Great package storage system (Luxer). Helpful, responsive management and Maintenace. Only drawback is no central air - only... have a wall AC unit in my living room. Some apartments are outdated (including mine), but the building is working on updating the units! Great workout rooms. Safe underground parking. Easily accessible storage units. All apartments have in-unit laundry. 10/10, WOULD RECOMMEND!

It has been a great location. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all that has been offered and would honestly want to give five stars, but unfortunately there are some areas of improvement I would have to see to give that. The finances that I expended wasn’t something I was projecting when I first signed. This was caused by the trash providers, rent fees, and other complications, so I can come to understand. Love this community, and am eager to see it thrive this summer!

Responsive front desk staff. My only complaint is how hot the 1st floor units get due to the heated garage and hallways. That and there are never poop bags at the dog park
