Overall, nice community. Maintenance is quite behind on repairs, shoveling, garbage outside. My place is always really hot even with the heat turned off. Hallways and elevator are like a sauna. My dishwasher seems ok but I have to wash my dishes before using it just low quality compared to past apartments.

I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The location is great—close to many shops and the city and the lakes. Plus, there's plenty of nature around, which gives it a nice, peaceful vibe.
One of my favorite features is the balcony. It's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The building itself is very quiet and safe, which is so important to me. I feel comfortable and secure here, and the respectful residents contribute to... that calm atmosphere. The public spaces are always clean, and it's clear that the management cares about maintaining the property.
As for the apartment itself, while it may be a bit outdated in some areas, it’s still a very nice space. It insulates heat really well, so I’ve never had to worry about temperature control, and it’s surprisingly quiet inside—no noise from neighbors or outside traffic. Overall, I’m very happy with my choice to live here!

I have only wonderful things to say about Park Glen. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. The building is always clean and well kept up. Maintenance is reliable smart and fixes anything that needs fixing. I highly recommend Park Glen Shellie

Location location location! We are very happy with our experience at Park Glen. The location and amenities make it an amazing bargain and the full washer dryer, large apartment balcony, and fireplace are definitely not amenities you can easily find at an affordable rental rate. Definitely recommend!
