Great caring staff! Always attentive to meeting needs. Timeliness and professionalism is number one. It is a community within a community. I’ve lived in other complexes however this is the first one that strives to ensure tenants have opportunities to meet their neighbors with several functions throughout the year.

Birdtown Flats has been an amazing place to live. We love the grill on our deck which has a view of the lake across the street. Also has a wonderful gym space and community provides social events to be able to meet residents. Management and staff are so helpful and very friendly. Maintenance is fantastic always responding quickly and super kind. Great location close to stores and restaurants.

The location is I a great location easy to get to needed places like traceries, restaurants, etc. It is also close to the north loop so you don’t have to drive far. Unit is quiet and has great amenities
