Smell Unit smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. It has been a week and I am still struggling to get rid of the smell. It did not smell like cigarette smoke when I toured the same unit at the beginning of May. The only difference between then and now is the flooring was replaced. I have to assume the smell is either because of the flooring change or a neighbor.

Well run complex! I've lived here five years and feel comfortable and safe. The complex is kept up very well and work requests are taken care of in a timely manner.

I really like living here. My apartment has all I need even though it could use some updating. Balcony could be painted. Broken medicine cabinet could be replaced. Pantry sliding door is noisy and doesn’t open easily.
But I still really like my apartment. It’s roomy and I love having a balcony

Maintenance Review You are asking me to rate my experience on problems that were never addressed. When I initially moved into this apartment my bathtub had a huge stain that I have been trying to remove. My bathroom vanity is very stained as well. It's pretty embarrassing. Updates are needed but it seems like all you want to do is raise the rent without making things better. At least I got a new kitchen faucet and a new stove that isn't a fire hazard as well as a new AC that wasn't made in the... dark ages. If I was able I would move to a place that's nicer with some ammenities. At least then it would be worth it to pay higher rent. This place is not worth what you are asking. Read More
