Third day they finally came to fix it. And it’s the third time this summer. Plus the coin return doesn’t work so I lost money in the non- working dryer. Smell Unit smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. It has been a week and I am still struggling to get rid of the smell. It did not smell like cigarette smoke when I toured the same unit at the beginning of May. The only difference between then and now is the flooring was replaced. I have to assume the smell is either because of the flooring change or a neighbor.

Well run complex! I've lived here five years and feel comfortable and safe. The complex is kept up very well and work requests are taken care of in a timely manner.

Best complex to live under! Hegenes has been the best rental company by far I have lived under!
