Great building overall Coffee machine spits water most of the time. Needs to be restocked more frequently. Golf simulator turf also needs regular maintenance/replacement

Wonderful new apartment building attention to detail A.J. helped us navigate the building for a tour, and he was wonderfully prepared not leaving a detail out, curtailed to the needs presented. The building is secure, with many community spaces, and actual tenants utilizing the spaces during tour (always a good sign, and bonus because 2 were reading for pleasure!). Good vibe all around.

My Future Home The Larking was all around fantastic! Toured several different floor plans as well as all the amenities. I was very pleased with everything from the moment I walked into the building including the apartment units I toured. Love the color scheme and art throughout the building. All was very classy, clean and professionally maintained.
