This unit is available for in person tours. Current photos and video are available on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for a 24-26 month lease to start with option to renew at that time. Walking into the front door you will find newly finished hardwood floors and a very spacious living and dining room space. Fireplace is decorative and can not be used. Through the dining area you will find two bedrooms, newly renovated full bath, kitchen (sorry no dishwasher), and in the back of the home a bright sunroom. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom and new 3/4ths bath. The basement is not finished but very clean and has washer/dryer and plenty of room for storage. Heating is radiator on the main level and electric on the 2nd floor, the home does have central air. 1 Car detached garage (No electric). As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities and lawn and snow removal. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
