Kolo is such a great place to live. Clean community areas, great location and great management. You can tell they really care for the safety and well-being of the residents. My unit was clean upon move in, maintenance requests are fulfilled in a day of/ in a timely manner, and the property manager, Jimmy, has been so helpful during my move in and is very accommodating and friendly. I have loved living at Kolo. From touring, to lease signing (on a convenient app), to having work orders fulfilled day-of, to the beautiful finishes in the apartment, and the proximity to the lakes, I had a great experience. Management is extremely responsive to emails and flexible with lease start and end dates. I did not take advantage of the lower level parking garage, but it was always easy to find street parking right outside of the building.
