We are renting out our cozy home -- three bedrooms and one bathroom, with two parking spaces, AC, and a combined European... washer/dryer included in the home. This is a 1 1/2 story, 100 year old bungalow with hardwood floors and updated bathroom and kitchen with granite counter tops. The open floor plan finished attic is large enough to provide space for a home office as well as a bedroom and has tons of storage. If you have a kiddo, this home will be ideal for you as the front and backyards are fully fenced in and and a large, custom built sandbox is included! For security, the house includes outdoor motion lights and cameras as well as a modern security system. There is also a small garage for storage, bikes, and two off street parking spaces.

The neighborhood is just four blocks north of Minnehaha Creek and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and three parks. Close to the Grand Rounds bike path and within riding distance of Lake Nokomis and Lake Harriet. Two off-street parking spaces are included, as well as a small garage for storage (bikes, etc!).

The downstairs features a basement apartment rented by another tenant, so we are looking for quiet and kind renters. Essentially, we are seeking people to care for our home and yard with the same respect they would their own. Ideally, we'd love to have you stay long term but will start with a one year lease. For our part, we are super responsive and kind landlords -- we really want you to be happy here and will always strive to ensure that!

Rent is $1,850 per month, utilities are $350 per month which includes all utilities and high speed fiber internet. Security deposit is $1,850. We are requiring household income of at least 2.5 times rent. Renter will need to take care of mowing, watering / weeding and shoveling snow. No dogs allowed, though we will consider one well behaved cat. :)
