We are looking for an 15-20 month lease to start with option to renew at that time if desired. Walking in the main door of the home you find a large living room with open dining and walk out to the deck. Off the kitchen you will find access to the clean two car garage. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities, solar is going to offset electric to almost nothing. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit.
