New management is nothing but headaches
Wish you could have strangers letting themselves into your apartment an average of once a month? Like to have non-stop flyers stuck in your door? Rent here and feel like a child again!

Very good value
This is a well run building with newer siding, good ventilation, newer windows, and a dedicated on site manager. They run a tight ship here. It is very conveniently located.

Renter at Avolea apartments
Avonlea Apartments is an old building in need of all new updates. It really needs far better management Hallway carpeting smells and the manager does not clean up carpet stains and rarely cleans.
