My rent was raised by 25% in 2 years after management changed, both times I was told over the phone and without written notice to try to force me into a snap decision. It is good for a CHEAP apartment and I have lived here happily for 4 years. HOWEVER. Don’t let them tell you the one bedroom is worth $900+, before new management took over it was $720 and it’s not all that great. You’d be better off going to a cheaper apartment of similar quality.

ROACHES!!!!
Make sure you check for roaches first thats why we moved. Didnt tell us we had them until we found out on our own. They lie about spraying the apartment for roaches. But if you love roaches youll love it here! -Devonte Jackson
