Efficient-Thoughtful-Quick!!! When you have a problem you want it solved as quickly as possible and that is what Rashad accomplished when he diagnosed my dishwasher malfunction. Huge thanks to him and the maintenance crew--so polite and responsive!

Good and Bad The new faucet was installed and I was shown how to use it. Everything was put back under my sink. However I discovered later that the tech had neglected to replug my dishwasher into the back wall under my sink. Being elderly I was barely able to accomplish this on my own and strained my back trying to do it.
