Closet repair The maintenance person was timely and friendly. He took care to explain how he fixed the issue and even touched up paint which was over and above what was expected.

Fridge leaking Richard is the best!! On Friday afternoon right before the end of the day -I discovered my fridge leaking from behind -in maybe 10 minutes, Richard was there! He fixed the fridge and then put in a new bathroom fan because he had a bit more time- Riverview at Upperlanding has the best maintenance team!! 5 **
