Poor management, hard to get ahold of, only form of communication is through text. The swimming pool was closed the whole summer. Cockroach infestation.

This building started out as a good place, but has vastly diminished and I am counting down the days until my lease is over. There’s been several management changes and little to no communication about them. The common spaces, such as the hallways and laundry rooms are not ever clean. Management does not respond to building issues on a timely basis. The office is never open, it currently has a sign up for business hours with no actual hours listed. The outdoor space has gone from barely... maintained to not at all. There have been garbage bags with brush sitting in the courtyard all summer. I’ve been living here for just over 6 months and absolutely love it. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the maintenance guys are super friendly. The landlord answers all phone calls or gets back to you quickly if you ever have any questions/concerns. Can rarely hear neighbors and everyone is respectful and quiet at night. Honestly could not recommend living here more!

The amenities, the countertops, the cabinets, the carpet and the paint were all brand new when I moved in. I have had ample amount of space for a one bedroom with a normal amount of furniture for every room and it has been perfect for me.

This will be my last place that I live alone and I'm honestly sad to leave. It's comfortable with how beautifully done my unit is. Not only that, the pool is cleaned and organized every day and the trees around it make it just lovely. The grounds are well... kept and groomed to make the complex more appealing.

The community is so kind. Stores are merely 5-8 minutes up the road. There's a beautiful lake park with a waterfall right across the street for running or walking. The main stretches of road, Highway 100 and 494, are just two lights away. In a nutshell, the location has been perfect for me.

If there was ever a problem management took care of it and was quick to respond. I have never had any issue living here where I felt something negative towards the complex.

This place is by far one of the best places I have ever rented. This building is well maintained, clean, and safe. It is also very quiet, never really saw any neighbors out. Not to mention it is in a very nice area and convenient to quite a few stores. The caretaker is very friendly, and takes care of your needs asap. I have nothing bad to say about this location. I would HIGHLY recommend.
