Lower level rental of my home I live in. I'm around a lot of shops restaurants and there is bus transportation lots of parks. The lower level has furnished bedroom a living room 1/2 a bath and the laundry room. The rest of the house is for use except... my room upstairs and there's a yard and a patio and a deck and a parking spot and it's furnished. Just updating the living room with new carpet new paint it will be available at the end of January 2025. I just want to be clear this is not a rental for a whole unit. Thank you. Read More
