If you are looking for a nice upscale apartment in the heart of Lansing, this is not the place you want. However, if you are looking for a clean, quiet, affordable building with decent sized apartments that are pet friendly, then look no further. The kitchen in my unit leaves a bit to be desired, but the unit has Central Air, well insulated floor and walls for minimal noise from neighbors and the location puts me ten minutes from anything in Lansing.
