Maintenance has been slow to resolve requests. Due to the building’s location along a busy road, traffic noise is noticeable throughout the day and night. There is also very limited sound insulation between units, making upstairs noise clearly audible.

A Complete Nightmare.
Despite being a brand-new building, the noise is terrible and debris from the construction materials keeps coming out. Management pretends to care, but nothing ever changes. Resident experience means nothing to them.
