There is a strong feeling of togetherness and respect in our community. The children play happily, elders go for peaceful walks, and neighbors greet each other with smiles. It’s a space filled with warmth, love, and simple joys.

Amenities are great! Love the gym and the sun deck by the pond! The office is rather difficult to get in contact with via email regarding any issues. Maintenance has been good about getting things fixed as timely as they can.

We like the new railings that were put up. Glad I suggested that. Really means they do listen to suggestions that are put forth. The new staff is doing a good job of upgrading the property community relations.

I’ve been a resident since 2018. I love the location and the community that I live in. I’m still adjusting to the new property owners and staff. I get it…. Change is not always going to be easy; however, too much change too fast can be confusing. It’s hard to call the office to ask a simple question and harder to find the answer on the website. If I do get staff on the phone, they sound like they have such an attitude of frustration and no patience to speak. The apartment community has always been peaceful, and quiet. I do wish there was more side-walks around the community for safer walking paths for residence. There is a huge lack of safe walking paths for residence that I’d love to see changed
