I've lived here for 15 years. My rent payment has never been late. I have a dishwasher that runs but doesn't clean, because it's from 1986. The same for my stove/oven and my refrigerator. The rent keeps going up, but my appliances are 40 years old. The HOOD over my stove looks like its 50 years old, it's peeling paint and the light doesn't work, electrical lamp unit rotted away. Secondly, whenever it rains HARD, water seeps up through my bedroom floor into the padding and the carpeting. I... have notified maintenance about this THREE times. Much discussion, but the result was that my 'work order' was 'cancelled'. Last night, Jan. 8, 2026, it rained HARD again. In the morning, I stepped into a wet carpet again. Thirdly, at lease renewal time, we're NO LONGER asked: 'Do you need a room painted or carpet cleaned? Any maintenance done?' FINALLY, adding ANOTHER $7.95 for the privilege of paying rent to the already $3.95 processing fee, plus paying water, trash, etc. is declasse.

It was a decent apartment with a comfortable layout and a generally pleasant atmosphere. The community was fairly quiet, which made it easy to relax after work. Maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the common areas were usually kept clean. The staff stood out as one of the best parts of living here. They were friendly, approachable, and willing to help whenever questions or issues came up. Communication from the office was clear, and they made the move-in and... move-out process smooth. Parking was manageable most of the time, and the location was convenient to nearby stores and main roads. While there is room for improvement in amenities and minor upkeep details, overall it was a solid living experience. I would recommend Renew Apartment to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable place with friendly staff.
