Overall very good community. Convenient location, good facilities, relatively quiet neighborhood. It would be nicer if the laundry room and shared floor could be cleaned more regularly.

Communication could be better. Information should be given out in addition to emails via letters or text messages. Matinance should do better at giving a time frame on when the work request will be started on. Not hearing anything back when a work request is submitted is unprofessional.

Great place, people, clubhouse, and location for the most part, but with a pretty mixed list of pretty medium to sorta big issues.
1) Not enough sidewalks
2) Landmasses are the only option for walking as a resident without a car and they are terribly steep for those snowy or rainy days
3)Sizable holes in closets and laundry room
4)Measures and leveling on areas like doorways and ceilings are crooked and floors creak in many areas frequently

certainly not. i really dont want to review this apartment. they just informed us that our entire apartment building is sinking towards the pond. and they wont tell us what they are going to do about it. yay.

The apartments are a fantastic living space, however it has been ever increasingly hard to work with management. Between dealing with “just cause” policy changes and other needlessly complicated steps it is not a welcoming environment.
