Kind staff, fast maintenance. Close to the schools, overall a good experience. The only trouble I've had in the past is the community does have trouble with people breaking into cars. But I really like the building security and the whoo app so I can see what's going on.

I love living here. My only complaint is a lot of stink bugs on the 3rd floor even though they are sprayed and there is no way to buzz in guests without physically going to let them in

It's pretty alright but the walls are pretty thin and they dont clean the hallways or stairways as much as you'd think. People in my building left actual dog droppings in the carpeted hallways and on the stairs and it was there for a week.

The community was generally quiet, and the location was convenient for work, school, and daily errands. Maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable time, and the property was kept clean throughout most seasons. I appreciated having consistent parking and feeling safe coming home at night. The apartment itself offered adequate space and natural light, making it comfortable to settle into daily routines. There were occasional challenges, such as noise from neighbors and minor maintenance... issues, but they were manageable. Communication with the leasing office was usually professional and helpful when questions arose. This lease taught me responsibility, budgeting, and how to advocate for myself as a tenant. Overall, the experience helped prepare me for future housing decisions and clarified what features I value most in an apartment community today.

It’s been a great environment! Staff is nice and understanding, maintenance is fast and reliable. Grill is awesome to use as well as pet friendly. Quiet area , could use some work on landscaping or cleaning inside the building entry.
