The apartment itself is great and offers a comfortable living space with many features I really enjoy. The layout works well, and the overall environment feels nice and welcoming. However, one area that definitely needs improvement is the maintenance team. While the staff members I’ve interacted with have been friendly, the response time for maintenance requests can be frustrating.
At the moment, it seems like the building is still working on building up and organizing the maintenance team,... which is understandable, but the delays in getting issues resolved can be inconvenient. Having to wait a long time for repairs—especially for things that affect daily living—takes away from what would otherwise be an excellent experience.
If the management is able to strengthen the maintenance department and cut down on wait times for service tickets, this apartment could truly stand out as an exceptional place to live.

We have had a great experience with RenewMillbrook so far, from the first tour to now living here. Emily and Trinity have been very helpful, welcoming, and informative. The apartment complex is surrounded by trees and has a very green, tranquil vibe. The inside of the apartment is nice and the appliances all look new. We love it!

I am a new resident. My overall experience thus far has been great. Especially with everything that I need as far as amenities being closer to my residence. Trinity as an leasing agent, has been amazing with all of the help she offered during the moving process. I am very grateful for her indeed.
