I NEVER moved into this apartment because it was completely unlivable, yet I’ve already paid for August and September and was told it would cost nearly $4,000 to terminate my lease.

I was shown a different apartment before signing and was told my actual unit would look like it. That was NOT true. When I finally saw my unit, I was shocked. The sink and tub were broken, the showerhead was detached from the wall, outlets were coming away from the walls, and the washer had mildew, smelled horrible,... and did not work. There was sloppy paint all over the toilet, washer, dryer, and other surfaces, while other areas were left unfinished. The hallway also has a VERY strong dog/pet smell that comes into my apartment, even though I have no pets.

I brought these issues to management and asked for them to be fixed, but I feel like they simply do not care. My concerns have gone in one ear and out the other.

I’m expecting babies in January, and there is absolutely no way I feel comfortable bringing my babies into a place in this condition. I asked management if we could work something out to end my lease because I never moved in and clearly did not receive what I was shown or paid for. Instead, I’m being told I have to pay thousands of dollars to get out.

This has been an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. I have pictures and documentation of everything and will continue to keep records.

Great place to live! Conveniently located, maintenance responds quickly, and office staff are friendly and helpful. The onsite dog park is also a nice perk.

Living at Springbrook Flats has been a great experience. The property is truly beautiful and very well-maintained. On top of that, it is an amazingly quiet and peaceful community, making it the perfect place to relax and feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful environment and a great quality of life!

I've been living in this apt for 5 years now and this is the best apt I've ever lived in. The grounds are neat and tidy, the maintenance guys Jim & Danny are not only the sweetest guys ever, but they respond to requests quickly! I also love the office staff as well and two of them even went WAY out of their way to help me fill my car tire when it was flat to the ground on a VERY cold winter's day.
