I have lived here for over ten years. There have been so many positive changes since I moved in. The grounds are better kept, as well as the common areas. They have added three dog parks, and have updated the play area for the kids.
My maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and the communication from maintenance and the main office has also been good.
The first few years were kind of rowdy, but my neighbors are peaceful now. I get up at 4am and typically have no issues. The... walls are not soundproof, there is some noise from the air conditioning units and people coming and going but nothing over the top.

Love it here!
Not only is all of the staff amazing but I put in a maintenance request, low priority, and they came in less than 24 hours and had it fixed within 10mins. Super friendly and kind as well. I recently moved back here because I loved it so much the first time.

Very efficient on getting move-in date expedited going over and beyond to assist in the process of moving very understanding demeanor very amazing felt welcome just a overall amazing experience beautiful place to live well kept along with friendly people.
