Everything all in one place
This place is awesome. Wife and I love it. Delann, Lori, and staff are very nice. Brand new carpet and thick walls. Not to mention they have amenities up the wazoo: indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, spa, bbq grills, and food trucks onsite. This place isn't just an apartment complex. Its more like a community. Also, a plus is that its so close to campus near the Arboretum trail and Sprouts daycare is a short walk away. Ain't much not to love about this place.

Stay away
It is the worst place you can ever move in with your family. If you are 20, maybe it’s fine, if you value your quality life, look elsewhere where. Rude Customer Service, especially DelAnn, always with attitude and never helpful. Any question you have, she doesn’t know, or says she will do it and never does it. Nobody returns your emails or phone calls. Manager Courtney is always “out” and never returns any phone calls. If you have a leak, wait 3 weeks for someone to come in and look at it and... another 2 weeks to come and fix it. Parties at the pool at 2-3 am, screaming and drinking. Constant smoking cigarettes & weed and no one does anything about it, even when it’s against the lease. You can smell the cigarette smoke inside of your place and they won’t do anything about it. It’s the worst place. STAY AWAY. Apartments never cleaned prior moving in and Xfinity will take a month to set up the internet.
