property management issues

The customer service is extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Calls and emails go unanswered, and when you go to the office in person the treatment is very disrespectful.

Don’t live here.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This has been the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment complex.

I’ve had repeated issues trying to communicate with the office staff. Today alone, I called 12 times from my personal phone, and every call went straight to voicemail. One minute later, I called from a different phone number, and someone answered immediately.

I’ve also sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered. After getting nowhere by phone or email, I went to the...
office in person. Chris told me that Nicole was too busy to speak with me and that she would call me back. That call never came. I waited in the office for nearly two hours and Chris again told me that Nicole was too busy to see anyone that day.

During that time, Chris repeatedly had to leave to ask Nicole questions, so she was apparently available to answer questions for staff but not available to speak directly with a resident who had been trying to reach the office since 9:00 a.m.

The lack of communication and follow-through has been unacceptable. My phone calls weren’t returned, my emails were ignored, and after spending hours trying to resolve my issue in person, I still left without a resolution.

If you’re looking for an apartment where management communicates with residents and addresses concerns in a timely manner, this was not my experience. I would not recommend living here.

Awful incompetent staff

This has been, without question, the most unprofessional, dishonest, and frustrating experience we’ve ever had with an apartment complex.

We were promised a rent credit by a leasing agent Dylan on 5/13 for referring our friend into the apartment (unfortunately) which was being offered for referrals and had text message proof from Dylan saying that the credit would be applied for us. That employee is no longer with the company, but instead of honoring the commitment that THEIR office made,...
management has spent months pretending the issue doesn’t exist. When we finally made contact with Nicole the assistant manager, she had sent us an email on 7/2 saying the credit was being put in. On Monday 7/6, the online portal is still not showing the credit.

We’ve called over and over again. We’ve sent email after email. We reached out to the assistant manager. We reached out to the branch manager. Not a single email was answered. We were completely ignored.

To make matters worse, our phone calls mysteriously went unanswered for days. The only time someone finally picked up was when I called from my work phone instead of my personal number. Apparently, they were capable of answering the phone all along—they just weren’t interested in answering ours.

After exhausting every possible way to contact them, we went to the office in person because we had no other choice. We were told by Chris the leasing agent that Assistant Manager Nicole was “busy in a meeting” and couldn’t speak with us. Meanwhile, she was sitting in her office in plain sight while Chris was walking in and out talking with her. Watching management hide behind excuses while residents stand in the lobby trying to resolve a problem they created is beyond disrespectful.

Now, after weeks of ignoring us and failing to honor the rent credit they promised, they’re trying to charge us a late fee because of THEIR failure to do their job. Instead of taking accountability, they chose to ignore us until the problem became ours.

The most unbelievable part is that this entire situation could have been resolved with a simple phone call or a two-minute email. Instead, management chose silence, avoidance, and excuses.

We have records of our emails, phone calls, and repeated attempts to resolve this professionally. We gave this management team every opportunity to make things right, and they failed every single time.

If this is how they treat residents after you’ve signed a lease, imagine how they’ll treat you when y

Terrible leasing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing process here. I confirmed availability of a specific unit multiple times with staff over nearly two weeks (before and after applying), and even received the lease agreement for that exact unit. Then, less than a week before my scheduled move-in date, I was told the apartment was being reassigned to another applicant because they had applied earlier, but their application had apparently remained unassigned due to an internal error.

What made...
the situation even more frustrating was the lack of communication afterward. This news was communicated to me by email at the end of the day on Friday rather than via a phone call. When I spoke to staff on Saturday, they had no information about the situation and still saw me assigned to the unit in their system. Both the leasing consultant and manager then failed to respond to emails throughout the long weekend and most of the following Tuesday.

Eventually, I called myself to withdraw my application and request a refund of my deposit and application fees. Hopefully, this will be handled in a timely manner.

Mistakes can happen, but the disorganization, poor communication, lack of accountability, and extremely short notice made this a terrible experience.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize that your leasing process did not reflect the level of communication and service we strive to provide. We understand how important the application and move-in...
process is, and how frustrating unexpected changes can be when preparing for a new home.
After reviewing the situation, we recognize that communication throughout this process could have been better, and we regret the confusion and inconvenience this caused. While unexpected situations can occur during the application process, we understand the importance of providing timely updates and clear information to help prospects navigate next steps.
We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention and will use your feedback as an opportunity to improve our processes moving forward. We apologize again that your experience with our community did not meet expectations.

Move in if you can!

I lived here for almost 3 years. If you look for a quiet and beautiful home with great amenities you found it. This is a very nice environment to live in.
The staff is responsive, I am seeing some comments indicating otherwise, just remember that your are not the only one in the community. They do a great job at prioritizing, if it is an emergency you will be helped within the next 30 minutes. The maintenance guys are super nice and helpful they solve your problems and help you prevent future...
issues by advising you. The gym is nice and updated (they just bought new treadmills), the cleaning lady is an absolute delight (say hi for me).
I was really sad to leave. Don't be intimidated by the highway next to some of the building, I was in building 3 next to it, you really don't hear much of it, the home are well done and if you hear anything it will be brown noise, really not a big deal at all, if your TV is ON you will not hear it at all. At night there is not enough traffic to be disturbing.
I hope this will help some of you, cheers!
