A nice, country location for someone who appreciates a quiet life. 2 miles from the main route to town, only 15 min's from Augusta. Close to the hospital. This rental just became mine through a property purchase, and it could use some fresh paint... still.. if you're up for getting your DIY juices flowing, perhaps you can help me choose color's!
This will not be a location for pet's, though you can perhaps share cuddles with one of my cat's.
This is not a professional complex, so the tenant will need to be active in some winter shoveling of their deck, and spreading sand/salt over the path they'll walk to their car.
