A GREAT SPACE
The apartments are spacious nice and warm. The view across the street from my room is spectacular. I love the furnishing too. The management team is the best I have come across so far. I will recommend this place to anyone moving in to Portland

Beautiful remodel and attentive staff
In my 2 months living at the Nightingale I have been very happy with the quality of the remodel. Ethan, the property manager, is incredibly attentive and takes care of concerns in a timely and effective manner. Overall a great place to live and I have loved how pet friendly it is!

Great Place to Call Home!
Extremely happy with building, staff and location. Everyone from the property manager to the maintenance team are great. Great modern building, exciting amenities being completed and amazing location! Super happy with my move here!

Is this worth Renting?
I am on the fourth floor and I after living here for a month can tell you it’ll be the quietest place you’ll live in, quiet hours being 10-7 make it so I don’t have to worry about waking up in the night. The remodel has gone beautifully especially with a couple breakfast shops being built now within steps of the front door! The updated hvac system keeps the house at 72 all day and the internet they provide is way faster than anticipated for half the price of my old WiFi plan! Overall very happy... with the first month and am excited to see the place get built over the next year!
