Overall atmosphere is great. The employees greet residents daily. The pool is amazing and they keep the amenities is top notch shape. They’ve established good relationships with the residents this year. Can’t wait for more weekly events.

If you have high standards for where you live, (seriously) I would definitely recommend Sandy Farms and the Bozzuto brand. Bozzuto brand apartments are definitely a cut above the rest. Bozzuto's mission of 'creating sanctuary,' really hits the bullseye! We feel like we moved into a RESORT. I literally feel like I live in a hotel.
To the management, rental office/leasing team and Bozzuto: Kudos and Magnifique! You guys really know what you're doing! Keep up the great work.
