I just moved in, but everything has been great so far! The only thing I have been disappointed about is that I was told during the tour that the pool would light up with colored lights at night and it has yet to happen on any night. I am hoping it might just be temporarily broken but I was looking forward to the view at night.

The parking situation is getting out of hand. There is not enough parking spaces and people are lining their cars along the curb. People don’t pick up after their dogs and I wish there were events.

I love this community so far, everything has been amazing, the staff has been so friendly and helpful. I believe this is an amazing complex, apartments are spacious and clean.
My only issue is the parking, it seems as though people are storing their extra cars here and taking up space, people are parking in the handicap parking with no handicap stickers. I believe there should be parking stickers enforced as well as towing, it should clear the issue.

So far things are good. I did note a few issues inside the residence while moving in. Damage to the granite countertop in a spot and a large chuck out of it in outside the Master Shower.
