The noise from the trash was a pain point, but somehow, it’s gotten better. So long as that continues, this place gets 5 stars! Communication is good. Maintenance is good. We now have an Amazon locker, so that’s good. It’s in a convenient location and I feel safe! Good pick if you’re looking for a place in this area.

The residence really listens to their tenants.
The new prime hub station is excellent and makes it so much easier to find smaller packages.
Also, the maintenance crew is amazing.I put in a request on a sunday and by monday they were here.

The experience living here has been great, cant really complain, the multiple amenities available are an improvement to quality of life. The care everyone has of the maintenance of the property is great. The four stars is due because of the construction as the steps from the above apartment, and i have received complaints from stumps. Other than that there are not plenty of things i would change of the apartments.

Friendly staff, hallway cleanup has been decent considering the salty snowy conditions, parking is still tight, I can’t stand the smell of weed in the halls and stairwells, other than that I love my community

Living at this apartment complex has been a genuinely great experience. From the moment I moved in, everything felt welcoming and well-organized. The property is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed, which made settling in smooth and stress-free.
The staff has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication from management is clear and helpful. It’s obvious that they care about the... residents and the overall community.
I especially appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. The grounds are kept up nicely, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. It truly feels like a place where you can relax and feel at home.
