i moved over an hour away from family, my partner, and friends for work. the team, neighbors, and overall experience with my unit and the building has been great. friendly, secure, clean, and responsive. i feel safe coming home. all my requests are done within a day or two. they respond to my emails within days or i can just walk downstairs too. the events are fun so i can meet neighbors and possible friends. it's such a good vibe. i'd recommend for anyone, family, single, couple, whatever.

Not Worth The Headache
So I’ll start off with the pros of this establishment and then label the cons, but before I do so let me comment on the follow-up issue with the property manager. There’s nothing more annoying than sending an email about an issue and waiting over 6 days for a response to finally resort to calling the office to never be transferred to the manager but given a response. This cycle between the rental agents and the property manager simply makes you feel as if your concerns are not warranted and... under appreciated as a resident.
Pros: - The rental staff especially Danielle is very helpful and would try to do everything to help you BUT there boss makes the final decision so they are often left telling you they would follow up with the Property Manager - The building is always clean I have yet to find trash laying around in the hallways or even the trash room. -The maintenance staff usually responds within 24hours -The neighborhood is near to everything from Target to Buy Buy Baby allowing you the ability to live right in the center of everything
Cons: -The property manager literally do not care about your issues enough to respond, she would literally let you sit wherever you at and wait. It takes numerous calls or even showing up to get a response that is usually 9/10 not positive. There’s one thing to be left waiting it’s another thing to be left waiting just to hear another excuse that they believe would keep you over. -If your apartment is not available to view immediately just forget about moving in because even the property manager is not aware of her own floor plans. So don’t be like me and trust her saying of what it is because you would be left disappointed and upset while still paying the rent of course. -Did I mention the property manager doesn’t care? Okay I just felt like reiterating it.
In conclusion; the apartments are nice but what makes an apartment even better is not only how comfortable you are in it but most importantly management. If the property manager lacks empathy, follow-up and the ability to go above and beyond then unfortunately you would be unhappy here.

Wonderful Site for Renters
I have lived in Escher since 2018 and I can honestly say it’s the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! There is a pool that is well kept up daily. Pet friendly too. The wonderful office staff, Valentina,keeps the community running very well. Everyone here is courteous and friendly and I don’t ever plan on moving from here! Come check them out. Goli Ariani

Excellent Staff
Our experience with Escher so far has been extraordinary! The apartments are immaculate, the staff is friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere is incredible. The units are next-level nice and definitely worth the price. The no-slam cabinets and silent laundry machines are game-changers. Our unit didn’t have a scratch on it when we moved in even though there was a previous renter. The property is right on the metro line, and although the trains can be loud at certain times, the... convenience of being next to a station is worth it. The walls are decently thick, so we don’t hear any dogs barking or loud music. Neighbors are really nice and the property feels very safe and secure.
Valentina made our move-in process a breeze and has been so helpful and responsive ever since. We were out of state and homebound due to COVID-19, so Valentina went the extra mile to help us feel comfortable signing our lease sight unseen. She sent us videos of every unit we were considering, answered any questions we had and made the financial side of the move-in very confidential and professional. She kept constant communication until our move-in day reassuring us that everything was still good to go, as there were a few months in between our deposit and move-in day. We felt very comfortable moving into Escher with her on our side. Ever since move-in, the leasing staff has been very responsive and friendly, and the maintenance staff is very nice and helpful! We feel comfortable going to anyone in the office to ask a question or address an issue. 10/10 would recommend living here.

Almost 2 years and no regrets!
I have been living at Escher for almost 2 years. When I moved it, it had only been open for 6 months, so I have seen the way it has grown since then. I can only say that it has been a great experience living here! The building is beautifully done, still very new, with great finishings and interesting architecture. It's definitely not your "cookie-cutter" style apartment complex - it has a ton of personality! Not only that, but everything is planned out thoughtfully so that the space - no matter... what size - is comfortable and usable. While I live in a studio, I have never felt that I was just squeezed in for extra profits (which I can't say for other apartment buildings I've been in). My apartment is just as beautiful as any of the largest in this building! The office and maintenance staff do a fantastic job to make this a great community even in difficult times and a place that I feel lucky to call home. They really care about the residents and its clear in all the interactions I've had with them. I highly recommend this community!
