Beautiful apartments. Price is reasonable for what you get: well-maintained and clean common areas, super-responsive maintenance, friendly and always helpful concierges, nice amenities, fun events, peaceful atmosphere, and a great location!

This apartment complex is very clean, quiet, and overall well-maintained. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Great area! Close to Whole Foods, Starbucks, UMD, and has a neat little walking path that does not face any major roads. The path leads full way to a park with a lake that has ducks and turtles.
