I am super happy to have found Pilot House. It is a well managed building with cooperative staff who have a genuinely welcoming attitude and couldn't be more helpful. The building is clean and well maintained by a quickly responsive, effective team. I've lived in several apartment complexes and this one is the best by far. Great neighbors too. My experience overall has been positive. I did wish that I received a sheet that listed when certain amenities were open like the dog grooming station. I went at 7am and it was closed.

Lived here for 2 years and there are definitely positives. The gym is great, the neighborhood is decent, and staff is very friendly. When we first moved in, the energy of the complex was fantastic. However, over the last several months, the experience has started to slide. With the rent increases, it's now vastly overpriced for the space and the level of service and "luxury" feel hasn't proportionally increased.

Some examples include mediocre carpet cleanings without proper drying methods in... the hallways without ventilation or airflow, which leaves humidity and odor for days at a time. Garage gates left broken for weeks at a time. Lack of a 24/7 concierge or useful emergency hotline.

Overall, not a bad place to live but it's no longer a premium experience.. mainly a functional roof over your head. Read More
