We are in our third year living in this amazing community and have nothing but great things to say. It is well-managed, thoughtfully designed, and filled with amenities and classy, intentional events that reflect a team that truly cares.

We renewed our lease without hesitation because it genuinely feels like home. The management, leasing, and maintenance teams are exceptional, professional, prompt, and outstanding.

A special thank you to the concierge staff,... Amber, Nina, Rachel, and Hannah, who are the heart of this community. They greet you with warm smiles, have genuine conversations, remember important details, and always go above and beyond.

Amber is sweet and welcoming, Nina is attentive and down-to-earth, Rachel is kind and helpful, and Hannah brings calm, positive energy. I have never had a negative experience.

Lived here for 2 years and there are definitely positives. The gym is great, the neighborhood is decent, and staff is very friendly. When we first moved in, the energy of the complex was fantastic. However, over the last several months, the experience has started to slide. With the rent increases, it's now vastly overpriced for the space and the level of service and "luxury" feel hasn't proportionally increased.

Some examples include mediocre carpet cleanings without proper drying methods in... the hallways without ventilation or airflow, which leaves humidity and odor for days at a time. Garage gates left broken for weeks at a time. Lack of a 24/7 concierge or useful emergency hotline.

Overall, not a bad place to live but it's no longer a premium experience.. mainly a functional roof over your head. Read More

We have been residents of Pilot House for almost 5 years now and are grateful for the wonderful staff.

Our spectacular concierge staff: Amber, Hana, Nina and Rachael greets us with kindness and smiles every single day. They are instrumental in fostering a sense of friendship and family. We count on them for efficient package distribution, sharing our daily activities, and catching up on the family.

Our spectacular maintenance staff, Eaton and Mike are conscientious, skilled and efficient. They... always stop to say hello, have a positive and can-do attitude. They are proactive in keeping our apartment operating efficiently.

In addition to the wonderful staff, we are impressed with how well our apartment complex is kept clean and tidy. The hallway carpets are steam cleaned, the hallway walls are painted, and windows are washed every year. Everything is very clean, and we have periodic hallway wall repaintings/carpet steamings to make the shared spaces shine!

The receptionists are also very nice.
