Noise level is worst

Cons: The noise between floors is extremely bad. The noise from upstairs causes severe stress. It never resolved. The heater and elevator break down very often. In the spring, there are huge numbers of bugs called gnats on the balcony, and the pollen gets very heavy and messy. There have also been break-ins in the parking lot, with several cars having their windows smashed.

Pros: The apartment staff are friendly, and the location is great.

I absolutely love the amenities here. Everything always appears to be well maintained and very clean, which makes the environment feel comfortable and welcoming every time I’m on the property. The common areas are organized, and it’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the community in great condition. I also appreciate how peaceful and well cared for the surroundings are,it really makes a difference in day-to-day living. Any time I’ve used the shared spaces, they have been tidy and easy... to enjoy. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and the cleanliness and upkeep of the amenities stand out the most to me. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels cared for and consistently well maintained.
