This is the third year that I have been living at The Vine. In that time, I have made only two maintenance requests. They were both minor and they were handled promptly. I have never lived in an apartment complex before where the hallway is vacuumed every day. The outside windows are washed periodically, and routine maintenance is performed regularly. There are many apartment community activities, such as bingo and paint and sip. I sold a home and moved here. I am very pleased with my decision.... The management team responds to concerns quickly and I am always impressed with our concierge, Cynthia. She is the first point of contact and from day one has helped make living here feel like home.

Quiet place, well manner and helpful staffs, love the monthly get together events and treats. Closeby to ample of venues: foods, gym, gas. Safe walking trail. Good respectable place to live. Happy with the Vine eventhough the noise from several highway can be annoying at time !

The apartment is so nice and the office staff are the best! The grounds are kept immaculate and it is so peaceful to sit on the balcony or outside at the various areas throughout the complex.
