Millstone continues to be such an excellent place to live. From the attentiveness of the office staff to the professional and courteous maintenance crew. Carol, Ydiany, Claudio and Hendry are all like family. The effort they put into making every resident matter never fails to be heartwarming!

We just moved in. It is so spacious and bright we love it so far! The location is great - right next to stores but not too busy either. The staff have been super quick to respond and friendly.

The management of this property never ceases to amazement me. This is truly the most well maintained apartment complex I know of. Rarely does a day pass that I don't see the maintenance crew or some outside contractor working on something. Just recently I witnessed the outside of the buildings being power washed and the dumpster outside for residents to dump bulk trash (I especially love this because I always find small treasures other residents throw away). It's really nice that this service... is offered at no additional cost to residents as having bulk trash hauled away can be expensive. In addition, we receive emails weekly about scheduled maintenance of some kind(elevator cleaning, floor cleaning, alarm testing, filter changes etc). When I'm out walking around the complex, everywhere I turn I see the beauty of a well maintained property. I love living here and feel proud to invite guest here. Keep up the good work Carol and the entire Millstone at Kingsview team, we're watching!!

Not a bad place to live. I can’t wait for the next community get together. I can’t. Wait to cool oof this summer in the pool. Wish there was a dog park on site.
