My rent has increased over $500 over the last 5 years. I've had leaks and unrepaired mold each year from the unit above me. The fire alarm "accidentally"sounds every week between 2-6am, making sleep impossible. Management is awful and challenging to communicate with. Onsite crime is also through the roof, especially pertaining to car damage and theft in the garage. The mall parking lot across the street has violent gun crimes on par with 1-2 incidents power year. There's also nonstop noise if... you face the mall, mainly from semi trucks unloading products to store fronts, street sweepers, merriweather concerts, and teenage car meets (revving engines). This used to be a decent community near convenient amenities. But it's all gone downhill with respect to cost, management, and safety.

The newest management is awful. Construction noise and lack of use for the amenities makes me sick. Nothing is working on a consistent basis or has been taken away. Can't wait till lease is over.

Displeased Current Resident
The management of this place is pathetic. Everything has changed since they changed the management team. Nothing is working (secure parking gate, pool, game room, elevators) Sure it may be fixed but give it a few weeks and they are down again. We chose this place for its amnesties...but they all have either been removed or no longer work. Kettler should be ashamed of themselves for putting this team in charge. Pool is dirty, hallways carpets are torn and dirty, Hallway walls are banged up and... chipped. Management said this was all going to be cleaned and changed....NOT. Lease can not expire fast enough for me.

Irresponsible management
The building has gone under construction for more than 8 months now and it is still ongoing. While the management did not offer a discount to tenants due to the huge inconvenience, they have increased their rents. The construction people start before 8 am while we are still sleeping. Huge inconvenience.
Furthermore, we had a mouse in our house a few months ago, just be ready for that if you are considering this apartment. And finally, the back stairs next to the stores always smells weed with... so much dirt, bottles, and cigarette.

I really enjoy living here. I love the location, the staff is friendly and responsive and the building is always kept clean. I also really appreciate and enjoy that they have regular events for residents.
