I have lived at Axiom for 2 years now. This is the most honest review! DO NOT MOVE HERE! There has been a long list of issues here that I’ve kept quiet about, but the recent MICE INFESTATION in building 1 has prompted me to write this review. It has been over 2 months now and even with pest control coming every other week the issue is still ongoing. Pest control comes in and throws bait behind the stove then they leave. They don’t get to the root of the issue. I have seen several mice in my... apartment the last 2 month despite keeping my apartment completely spotless. My neighbor has killed 3 in her apartment and another neighbor recently saw one.The leasing office want to keep the issue quiet and doesn’t want it getting out that we are indeed infested. Me and my neighbors have spent hundreds of dollars and are doing everything to get rid of the mice and nothing is working. This is my 5th apartment I’ve lived in and I have never had this issue. I am traumatized and can’t even sleep comfortable at night.

Last summer I went 2 whole months during record breaking heat temperatures with no AC. I was never reimbursed for that. On top of that, several residents smoke in the building and stairwells which is none of my business or concern, except for the fact that I was harassed and accused for months with no proof that it was me. I felt targeted and profiled. I have NEVER smoked in my apartment building EVER! These apartments are beautiful but it is the worst apartment building I have ever lived in. I have to say I have lived here almost 3 years and the leasing office has gone through several different management staff. We now have by far the BEST STAFF DEANI AND JASINE. I have seen a huge improvement on so many things in our community and I could t be happier with the change. It’s nice to have management who actually care and don’t just treat you like a “renter” like previous staff did. Thank you Deani for all of your hard work. It hasn’t gone un-noticed.

Residents constantly allow their pets to urinate in the elevators. It is beyond nasty to have to step in it. Imagine stepping in it and then transferring it into the carpet. It's a sesspool. The cleaning service does not use products strong enough.

The management is frequently closed (including Saturdays and Sundays and all holidays) and never address the issue. There should be a major financial fine for such acts.

Don't waste your money moving here.

Loved my experience at the Axioms! So great to have a property manager like Christina she is so good and so helpful! Her empathy for residents is something I am greatful for , lived here for a little over a year and it was a great choice!

Avoid living at this place. Most of residents at AXIOM are smoking MARIJUANA indoor and smell is everywhere. You will regret by moving in and living in this place.
