Can’t attest to other aspects of this apartment aside from amenities, and staffs. But I can say with confidence that they keep this place hella clean. Like it’s cleaned so well I always feel like I’m in a hotel when using public amenities like club house and pool. By the way, the pool is amazing. I have been to Cancun last year and except the weather and sands on the beach, the facilities gives me the same level of comfort and relaxation that I felt in the resort. Obviously there’s no room... service or restaurant, but we always have a good time at the clubhouse with our family.

Erica, Tyler, Sade, this trio is phenomenal. Some of the things that I had to ask it definitely took time but they get it done right. They understand how important resident requests are and they deliver it. Thank you especially to Sade. My wife and I needed some document changes and though it was a new avenue she took her time to sort them out between constant back-and-forth between us and their support team. As far as the safety is concerned like the other reviews suggested, I have not seen any police activities for the duration of my residency here, though it wasn’t too long. I’ve seen one ambulance with fire department SUV. The walls between the units are not thin so we have not filed any noise complaints yet. Maybe we’re just lucky to have met. Nice neighbors. Staff members are kind and they do a great job. All this to say that they don’t abandon their responsibilities when the residents are in need as long as it’s a reasonable ask. The mailroom situation is a bit of a chaos because they are simply small compared to the volume of packages. They receive on a daily basis, but it looks like they’re working on that too.

We walk around the neighborhood every day after dinner and walk all the way to Wegmans. There hasn’t been any incidents or situation where we felt unsafe. Read More

Sade and Geraldo were a tremendous help getting me into my apartment. Walked me through everything I needed to know about the community. Came for a visit on January 8th and moved in 2 weeks later

When I first moved in there were gunshots ever night for a week. Now they happen every other week. Constant police and ambulance sirens. The walmart always has 18 wheelers parked and its unsafe especially at night. There has been car break-ins and there is never any parking so you have to park far. They dont clean the roads when it snows and i feel bad for the maintenance people cleaning the side walks. This is not a good area. The fact they are increasing the rent its not okay.
