WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!
I've been living here for 9 months, and this has been by far the noisiest building I've ever lived in. The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbor's every footstep, every conversation, constant dog barking, and doors slamming. There is no quiet enjoyment in not one room of your own apartment. If you value quiet and peace of mind, Aspen is not the place for you. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The rent is too expensive for the quality of the building to be so cheap. If you're going to have bare... floors, at least have the decency to soundproof. If you're going to label the building as "luxury", at least have the decency to use better insulation between the units. My experience has been absolutely terrible from day one. I definitely will not be renewing my lease. I'm officially counting the days until I can get out of here.

from tour, through the application process, to getting our keys, the front desk staff made our move stress free. So far the Aspen knocks it out the park with their customer service, luxurious building and amenities. I feel like I live at a resort!

We moved here March 2, 2024. We decided to renewal our lease for another 18 months. This location makes sense for us because it's close to our jobs. The entire staff is always professional and pleasant. They know us by our names . The building is brand new. It's so peaceful and quiet. It's safe to walk around to enjoy the beautiful pond with ducks and nature. The building interior and exterior is always kept up. If we have any issues they are right on it. They always having community... gatherings so you can get to know the faces of your neighbors to keep everyone self as possible.
