I enjoy staying in 8001 for 2 years ,The building amenities are fantastic and the staff are super friendly and caring.This is the best apartments in Bethesda area close to metro ,trader joe , and restaurants. I really love this place .

BEWARE
I've never written a negative review in my life, but this place earned it. I was called less than a week before my scheduled move out date and informed they could not find my signed termination of tenancy and had "no choice" but to charge me an extra 60 days rent. To add insult to injury they added penalty fees because this additional "rental" was short-term. If you rent here make sure you retain proof of any submitted document or you could be stuck with 2.5 months of rental expenses while... living elsewhere.
