Best place I’ve lived so far. Management is very active and prompt. Walls are not thin. The place is not that fake “nice”, but truly a nice luxury apartment.

Just moved in and so far no complaints, apartment is good, garage is great i like the safety that the building provides. The maintenance people are nice and so are the leasing managers

Been here since 2023 and I can truly say this is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. The staff are friendly and responsive and management does a great job of maintaining the building!

Be careful — management does not honor the terms of the lease. The lease explicitly promised free on-site visitor parking. Mid-lease, management removed this amenity, began charging for visitor parking, and now claims that free public street parking counts as “visitor parking,” which is not what the lease says. It's a super nice apartment. Clean, high ceilings, updated appliances. I love the outside view we have from our apartment, it would make for an amazing rainy day. Staff is friendly and easy to contact. The woman who gave us our tour answered all of our questions and still continues to be helpful even after move in. The amenities are very nice. The building community host lots of events which makes it feel like a big welcoming family. I love it here so far!
