My lease expires in May. I have enjoyed residing at Stonepoint. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. The grounds are meticulously kept. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion. Pet friendly spa and dog park provided, free of charge.

Just moved in on Sunday and the entire process was amazing from start to finish. The original tour by Roxanne was fabulous and everyone I have met so far has greeted me with a smile! Even the ease of paying rent through an app has been wonderful! Love it here so far!

Good quiet neighborhood with no overwhelming concerns for vehicle or personal safety. And solid amenities!
Pricey but you get what you pay for.

Love the apartment complex. The location is great, being that it’s walking distance from a grocery store and the mall and a short driving distance from many other things in annapolis. The staff is super friendly and takes time to get to know their residents.

We’ve had a great experience in our last few years of living here! The amenities are awesome and make everything more enjoyable. The maintenance team is super reliable and quick to help out when we need it. Plus, the front office is always responsive and friendly.
