MetroWest Real Estate is the absolute WORST! They do not maintain the building at all. They do not plow the parking lot during the winter in a timely manner. The ReMax real estate agent, Cathy, and MetroWest lied about the lead paint hazards in the building. There is mold overgrowing. The AC has not worked most of the summer. Even in 90 degrees, they have not repaired the AC. They do not make repairs in a timely manner. Our neighbor was without heat for 2 weeks during the winter! They are... dishonest and WILL take advantage of you if you don't know the law in Massachusetts. Beware. Do NOT rent here.

Not suitable to live!
Floods when rains, infested with centipedes, rats/bats in the hallways...stay away from this place!
