Be careful. They make you pay $350 and sign a lease and if you don’t pay first month rent within 3 days, you forfeit that $350, unlike most apartments where you don’t have to pay first month rent until the day you move in. This wasn’t made clear to me before they made me apply. Just be careful about this and good luck. I’ll consider my $350 charity to a poor organization.

I'm not going to sugar coat it, for a place that deems itself as luxury living where you pay as much as you would for a nice house: Building was not built very well because you hear everything from doors slamming to upstairs neighbor's in the middle of the night. BTW, any complaints are ignored by management even after multiple requests to address the situation. Management allows much larger dogs than their policy allows which leads to more noise problems. No smoking policy is a joke as people... smoke on their balconies, you can smell pot constantly in the stairwells, hallways, and pool area.
