Beautiful new build in a very convenient location, whether you’re commuting North or South. Leasing staff is also very helpful/friendly!

I have been living in this apartment for about two months. I genuinely hoped I would be able to leave a glowing review like many of the others here, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

To be fair, the management office staff have always been friendly, professional, and willing to help. The building is brand new, the amenities are excellent, and the community is generally quiet and pleasant.

My intention is not to discourage people from moving here. Rather, I want prospective... residents to understand that living in a newly constructed property can come with unresolved issues that may take a long time to fix.

For the past two months, I have been unable to properly use my garbage disposal. I was told that multiple units are experiencing the same issue. Management is aware of it and has requested replacements through the contractor, but because everything must go through warranty and contractor processes, repairs have been significantly delayed.

I also experienced a shower door sealing issue that caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor every time I showered. After nearly two months, the contractor finally came to repair it. The situation is much better now, but some water still leaks.

More recently, my refrigerator began leaking water onto the floor and making unusually loud noises. The issue has been identified, but the repair must again go through the contractor or appliance provider. I have been told that parts are being ordered, but no repair date is currently available.

Most concerning is the safety risk created by the refrigerator leak. Just last night, there was a significant amount of water on the kitchen floor. When I got up to get a glass of water, I did not see it because the kitchen was dark and nearly slipped.

I believe these issues will eventually be fixed. However, my experience highlights one of the challenges of living in a brand-new building: repairs can take much longer than expected because responsibility often falls on contractors and warranty providers rather than the on-site maintenance team.
