I've been at Arris 4 years and have enjoyed living here. Management and Maintenence are great. I just wish they had after hours concierge and package controls I have had packages stolen and when delivery drivers do not leave packages in mail room and just leave in vestibule things will get stolen because there are no safety measures in place with an open to anyone vestibule.
