Our experience so far has been good.
We suggested the team to plan more community hosted events and to ensure that they closely manage Conservice, the water and sewer services contract as they make many mistakes charging incorrect amounts on a monthly basis.
The new management team is receptive and willing to execute residents' suggestions. They are good communicating via email in a timely manner.

Great experience living in this apartment. The building is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the location is very convenient—close to public transportation and restaurants.
