The best in Quincy
I’ve truly enjoy living in this beautiful community! It is thoughtfully designed with plenty of well-maintained common areas, including a cozy study lounge, a refreshing pool, and a fun games room — perfect for relaxing or socializing.
One of the biggest perks is the convenient location, just minutes from Quincy Center bus station and T stop, making commuting incredibly easy. The apartments are spacious, modern, and equipped with high-quality amenities that make everyday living comfortable and... enjoyable.
The management team is outstanding — always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any maintenance needs. The community also hosts regular events and activities that bring residents together, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Whenever I’m away, I always find myself looking forward to coming back — it truly feels like home.

I’ve been happy living here
I’ve been living at Center & Stone Apartments in Quincy since the end of July 2024, and overall it’s been a great experience. The location is one of the biggest advantages — just a short walk to Quincy Center station, which makes commuting to Boston super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes nearby, so everything I need is within walking distance. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable. My unit gets a lot of natural light and is generally quiet, which I... really appreciate. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is fairly responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests. Overall, I’ve been happy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place in Quincy.
