I looked at a few apartments and apartment complexes before stumbling upon Center and Stone. After some initial confusion, I was able to see the development while it was still in its building stages. The apartment was great and spacious! The building holds many different amenities. After seeing Center & Stone, I realized that I love amenities and need to have them in my life! The complex is always clean, facilities are fixed in a timely manner, and the amenities are useful! As my first apartment... outside of living with family, this place hits it out of the park! I love this place!

Great Community and Location
I looked at many communities around greater Boston before choosing Center & Stone. I've been living here for over 8 months now and it's been a really great experience. The facilities are great and well-maintained, the team is very helpful and responds fast. It's right next to a T and commuter rail stop, and is also in downtown Quincy with a lot of great food spots around.

Best Place Ever!
I’ve only lived in Center & Stone for a few months but I truly couldn’t be happier! It’s such a clean and safe apartment. All of the people who live in the buildings are such kind and considerate individuals who make living here fun. The staff are so personable and seem to know every person who lives here. They always check in to see how I am doing and host such fun events that I always look forward to. If you’re ever considering a place to live, Center & Stone is it!

Great Location, Dog Friendly
Friendly management staff. Clean spaces thanks to cleaning crew. Dog friendly community. Great location, next to red line and food options. Awesome amenities like pool and gym.
