Great response from repair crew..in this case Chris.
While I was on vacation, I left a note that my refrigerator might leek if left unattended.
I was rewarded with a work order completion the very next morning.
As usual, our repair crew was responsive and thorough.

They are very responsive to any resident concerns and keep the building well maintained! If there is anything that we need fixed or adjusted in the apartment, the maintenance team comes and helps. The fitness amenities are always clean and ready for use.

This seems like a hard place to keep running smoothly. There was a hot water issue. We had flooding. The sink kept backing and leaking under the sink.

But the staff have been responsive and professional. And they handle everything fairly and quickly.

Everything has been great so far! The amenities are amazing and the maintenance is very timely and efficient. The resident are always welcoming!

Amazing experience so far!! I love the amenities and the concierge team is very nice! One problem was that moving in was a little difficult, due to little moving equipment here. Although the loading dock makes it very easy to get big items in.
