Worst customer services I’ve ever experienced.

This is the absolute worst apartment you could possibly live in in Lowell do not waste your money live literally anywhere else besides here. I have never experienced worst customer service and my life everybody who works here doesn’t care about you or your needs at all. I have tried to call them about a serious issue 11 times today during their hours and have literally been ignored and can’t leave a voicemail.
