Perfectly located, clean great staff
Maxwell felt like home from the moment I walked in and was immediately greeted by staff Silvia. I looked at a 2 bed and the apartment was spacious clean with great lighting. Definitely recommend touring this place

Beautiful property, brand new units
I toured here over the weekend and this place was stunning. So many amenities we can actually use and the few current residents I met in passing were so warm and friendly. Sylvia showed me a studio which I will be applying for in January. She was so helpful and patient while I drilled her with a million little questions, she made me feel welcomed at Maxwell already

Comfortable and Nice
I moved in back in April 2025 and have enjoyed my time at Maxwell. The leasing office (I tend to talk to Sylvia and Orion the most) is so helpful and responsive regarding anything I bring up, whether it's uncertainty regarding where to find my packages, food delivery, etc. I feel very comfortable here.
