Maxwell Apartments has been one of the best places I’ve lived. From move-in day, the staff—Alexa, Sylvia, and Orion—made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. They truly go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels at home.
The building itself is beautiful, with modern finishes and standout amenities like the gym, golf room, and pool. We always got compliments whenever guests came by. The neighborhood is peaceful but super convenient—just a short drive to downtown Boston, and the area is... clearly growing fast.
What makes Maxwell stand out most is the team behind it. They care, they listen, and they make this place more than just an apartment—it’s a community. Definitely recommend to anyone looking around Greater Boston.

"A Community Like No Other"
Alexa, Orion & Sylvia are beyond amazing property management team I have ever met an I have lived at other properties. They go way above an beyond an honestly they have been there for me through tough times and listened to me they even motivated me into going to one the events they had an it was absolutely the best time I had making flower arrangements. They always are so happy and helpful best personality you could ask for. The building is kept up with cleaning an maintenance is spot on when... you need them. Amenities are great the gym yoga studio pool a many more even an outside movie screen. I honestly can say this has been the best move I have ever made an I couldn’t have done it without the property management team. When I say you wouldn’t regret moving to Maxwell I mean that. Plus they put on great events for the residents. This move made me come out of my shell an be me again it’s truly brighten my life up an the apartments are so nice an it’s pet friendly which is a huge bonus You wouldn’t regret moving into Maxwell.
