I've lived in this building since not long after it first opened. The location is great and the units are quite nice. However, the building was purchased by a new ownership group several months ago. The new management are slow in correcting numerous maintenance issues around the property and unresponsive to calls to the emergency maintenance line. Given how many similar buildings exist in this neighborhood, I would recommend any prospective tenant sign a lease elsewhere where the management... team's assuredly treat residents with greater respect.

The elevators work sometimes in this 2 year old building. Sometimes none of the elevators work and you have to walk down 8 floors if you live on the top floor. At least 1 a week goes inop and takes days for them to fix. Fire drills happen as least one a month and just last week we had 3. The garbage shoots have been full on the 7th floor since last Friday and today is Tuesday. You cannot get in the room to throw you recycle away. Management has know about this since last Friday and all we... get is “sorry for the inconvenience.” Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this apartment as possible
