After Greystar took over, the common areas are not kept as clean as it used to be. And the hallways are not vacuumed well and the walls now seemed aged and not new. Also the hallways are smelling like marijuana frequently, and it doesn't really fit the luxury standard apartment as it used to be. The management company should have a better response at their call lines as well. It's very disappointing throughout.

I enjoy living at Urbane at Alewife. The location is great, with close access to the Minuteman bike path and Fresh Pond park, and only a few minutes' walk to Alewife station. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The facilities are mostly well-kept, and the common area offers a sense of peacefulness and calm.
