The fitness center and clubhouse are open to residents only during office hours as we continue to complete additional work on the doors to make these amenities accessible to residents after... hours as well. Major rent increase
They just raised the rent by $370/month. There have been no services for several years, but, they keep increasing the rent.
You cannot complain to management because their policies prohibit going to the management office or calling them on the telephone..

Manager
Manager doesn't reply to the email and it takes so long to get responses. The manager didn't reply also on my move-out date and I had to postpone the move-out date. The interesting thing is that I still didn't receive any emails about this situation.
