The company behind the property works at 2am 3am 5am and its extremely loud and has woken me up. Theres a very strong odor that emanates from the sand company behind the building that is extremely unbearable. Theres rabid coyotes howling on the property at 5pm in the spring when its light out. The main road wasn't plowed to get out of the apartment complex during the winter and the property didn't even shovel the sidewalks in front of the building. Fox news was out there with a camera and a... shovel shoveling a spot for their news anchor to stand. Theres homeless people who wonder around Shaws and the property. Theres visible cigarette smoke in the halls and in my unit. Theres not security cameras on the outside of the building which is extremely dangerous as Hyannis is the main business district of the cape

The entire moving process was smooth and well-coordinated, making the transition to the new apartment easy and stress-free. Such an amazing find — the building is beautiful, the apartments are spacious, the location is accessible, and the amenities are truly amazing. I’m very happy with this new place.”
