I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to families or anyone with children. The management is completely unprofessional and shows little to no concern for residents’ safety or well-being. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks, sometimes months, and when they finally respond, the issues are rarely fixed properly.

The property has become unsafe due to constant violence, disturbances, and lack of security. Children should be able to play outside without parents worrying, but this is... not that kind of environment. Management seems more interested in collecting rent than addressing the serious concerns residents continuously bring to their attention.

I wouldn’t want no one who has kids or a family or anyone for that matter to stay back there they don’t fix nothing .when I lived back here I had three holes in my ceiling .they never fixed it !!!!!

I’m currently a resident who’s experiencing so many problems RUN ! Do not move back here takes them forever to fix stuff pools been green closed down for over 4 years !!!! Everything is broken office staff is careless and rude gates broken it’s filthy back here nothing ever gets fixed

Moved in a couple months back. Due to rainy weather my whole bathroom ceiling has collapsed! Contacted them the same day never came or even contacted me! Bathroom ceiling is cluttered in mold and roaches also! Don’t recommend

This place is infested with rats and roaches. The mangers don't care about your problems at all. Now when it's time for your rent to be due, oh they'll get in touch with you then. They don't fix nothing ! The outlets sparks mold around the toilet when I first moved in and when I addressed the issues, she said " I had to clean it " lol girl pleaseeee. I'm trying to save your time & money..... I rate this a 0 ! They need to knocked down .
